My morning opinion- If you make a film/show/game/cube based predominantly on crowd sourcing development, I would guess you may be able to get a reasonable first push on it’s release at the cost of a long tail value of that film that comes from the revelation of discovery in material that has not been dumbed down by the LCD opinion. With on demand and continuous long term access… The long tail reputation in film is now going to be $$$ as important as some odd bait & switch of creating a ‘hyped small tribe.’ - IMHO – Read on Path.
