I’ll say it for publicly for the 15,000 time… we are not advertising we are operations/often retail operations.  Agency people find out about us…and I go through the same rigamarole every time.  A new group gets on the phone (because, no offense, they change jobs in that industry seemingly like underwear) pissed they have not been involved. Suddenly every third question is “What do you mean you’re going to…._________”  I am really tired. Oy.
